Deadlines
October 11th:
Last day to submit advertising materials for show program without late fees
October 26th:
REGISTRATION CLOSES (extended from original date of Oct. 12).
No refunds will be issued after October 27, 2009.
October 28th:
Changes to existing registrations may incur as much as $5.00 per halter entry for substitutions. New exhibitors may be added for a minimum late fee of $30.00.
October 30th: (Late Fees and Changes)
No new pen space available.
Changes to existing registrations will incur $5.00 per halter entry for substitutions and additions.
New exhibitors may be added for a minimum late fee of $30.00.
November 6th: (Late Fees and Changes)
Changes to existing registrations will incur a $10.00 per halter entry for substitutions.

November 13th:
Alpacas must be checked in at show by 8 pm
November 15th:
CVI forms must not be dated to expire before this date
November 14, 2008:
Juveniles must have been born after this date
